Struck up a deal with Steve on phone.. Never would call me back or return a phone call... I tried calling and left messages several times.. still no return calls ... Avoid people like this at all cost.. He had no problem selling himself and talking bad about other surveyors .. Unless you want to waste your time.. Call someone else..
