Everything was going well until Jack got paid. Once Jack got paid, he refused to come back and finish the job. We were told his wife had a death in the family and he had to take care of that and then he would see us back to finish the job on either Monday or Tuesday. We heard NOTHING from him and when we called him all the customer service had left him and he was rude and ignorant about our request for him to return to complete the job he started.

Ex. Employee of a month never got paid what was owed, witnessed him lie to customers and knowingly not finish jobs that were paid in full . Scammer beware...

Hired Jack's Quality Painting for interior painting of house and exterior house doors. Nice guys, poor painters. Now have to contract another painter to re-do their shoddy work. DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING.

Do not use this company.The job needed another coat to hide the previous color and they had excuses about the jog being done as agreed.
