EUREKA AUTO GLASS

This is the worst business I have ever been to in my life. I have never met Such an incompetent rude and disrespectful owner in my life. I get my Back windshield replaced and after a few days I hear an issue with my car coming from the glass. I go back to the shop and I tell him I’m having issues With my Glass and it sounds like a vibration. He tells me I’m going in there looking for problems that there’s nothing wrong with the car and that in the years that he’s been there doing his job he has never once heard of an issue with the back in glass. He starts to go off on me about how I am just looking for problems again. He says that he will take the glass off and give me my money back however that is not what I want. I just want them to fix the issue. He curses at me and I tell him that I want them to fix the issue. Eventually he calls the guy A guy to come handle me. When they check my glass through an air test he tells me that it wasn’t probably place down and that it was not done right. I go back inside and I told the owner that there was something wrong with my car that he should not have talk to me the way he did and he says it wasn’t my fault. The audacity of this man to talk to me the way he did and tell me that it was not his fault is incredible. I truly cannot understand how this man’s business is still running if this is how he talks to people. At some point he told me to respect him because I am in his business but as the customer who had a complaint with the product that he provided with me I was frustrated this man continued to give me attitude. I cannot stress enough that you do not want to go here literally anywhere else will be better than this place. After I drive away I still hear vibrations in my car I am so frustrated with this place that I don’t even want to go back and have them fix it anymore because they are incompetent. Rude. And unreliable.As the owner how do you say that you will take off the glass and give me a refund rather than fixing the issue that to me is incredible.
