I had a horrible experience with Montrail. I gave him a 2nd opportunity to redeem himself and he took half deposit and did not return - in fact I have a hole in my ceiling. He left paint on my floors and furniture, which he said he would clean up. He punched a hold in my ceiling and did not use my deposit to purchase drywall. I have a hole in my ceiling and he has refused to come to work on the dates he provided. He kept calling off the job. I am very disappointed in him and now he is ignoring me and refuses to return my deposit stating that he does not give refunds.
