| Vestavia house remodel | Feb 2020 | Came behind a contractor that was removed from the job due to lack of consistency and skills in trade. Demo had been started but not completed. Turned a closet from a bedroom into added bathroom space making a larger walk in shower area and double vanity for the master suite. This was customers 1st purchase of home and was also his 1st renovation project. Patience is always needed with any remodel but this tool a little extra as customer was uncertain and made many changes during remodel making it really difficult. But all in all we made it to finish line and it couldn't have turned out better! | $18k | Vestavia Hills, AL |
