Doral appliance

Arranged for visit to repair washing machine, had to order part. On 2nd visit needed another part which we waited to arrive. On third visit the engineer stated that he could not fix the machine and his manager would have to come and look at it. While the engineer was here he was talking on his cell phone the entire time which is very unprofessional and gave the impression he didn't know what he was doing. We then made three follow up appointments because they were a no show. No contact and we had to keep calling to find out where they were. Not helpful on the phone. Not been contacted since and taken payment from us. Job not done. Had to use another company to complete repairs. VERY unprofessional. Terrible communication.
