I'm like Sam I can hear you since he didn't hear me I knew he didn't realize he had not hung up. I confronted him when he arrived at my house, he kept changing what he said. At the end of the inspection he apologized and said he was wrong, my issue is how many others has he bad mouthed? Turned into Corporate office Terminix who hired him
