The project ran about four months, starting in March and running to July, 2016. Andy and his crew led by Eddie did a fine job for us. My only complaint has to do with the one year warranty on the work. A toilet was reseated in our half bath by Andy's MEP sub-contractor following the installation of porcelain floor tile. And LED string lights were installed above our kitchen cabinets for indirect ceiling lighting. There was a very small leak in the grout at the base of the toilet which was pointed out to the sub at the time. We agreed that if the leak persisted, the sub would reseat the toilet. The tiny leak eventually sealed itself. However, the toilet subsequently had an obstruction, and the seal leaked when a plunger was used to attempt to clear the obstruction. I called the sub and Andy, and was unable to get service even though Andy said he would take care of it. The plumber I hired to fix the situation said the wax seal had been installed off center due to adjustments when the toilet was seated. The off center seal contributed to the leak and the compromise of the seal using the plunger. The LED lights failed. Neither the sub or Andy provided service to fix the situation.
