We offer asphalt shingle repairs and full replacements on any size home or business. For flat roofs we offer an EPDM rubber roofing system that is fully adhered and repairs when a full system is not needed. Getting a new roof? Replace the gutters at the same time with seamless aluminum gutters at a great discounted price. Southers replaced my fascia, gutters, and drip edge. When it rained, the water leaked right through on the entire edge of the roof that they had touched (120 feet or so). They said they'd fix it, but all they did was put quick sealant over the entire edge. Water was still leaking in at multiple places but they refuse to do anything further. Truly wish I had never hired them. Now I have to hire someone else to fix their work.
