RUN AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR They just showed up without any notice to do the work. I was out of town and they just started the work without talking to anyone. I just assume that a good contractor should actually talk to the customer to make sure we are on the same page before the work begins. Oh well too late now the job is done in many ways that I had not agreed to. They cut trees I did not want cut and left trees that needed to be cut. I asked them to coppice some trees and they cut them to the ground. They trampled over the graves of my dogs. The guy on-site in charge was basically clueless. Zane used to be great at customer service and very careful and meticulous in his work. This is the first time I hired him since he got "big", and he doesn't appear to be handling the transition well. I called to complain and all he wanted to do was yell at me. It appears that now that he has crews and more expenses all he cares about is the money and not the quality of his work. The work was rushed and shoddy and did not align with what i had talked to him about when he gave me a proposal. Again run away from this contractor!
