Brand new cedar deck that needed to be cleaned, sanded and stained. Using high volume and low-pressure we first cleaned the wood. After this we neutralized and brightened the wood to get the best possible bond with the deck stain. Next we sanded all surfaces not only to remove imperfections in the wood but to open the pores so it can soak up as much stain as possible. As a final step we used a semi-transparent oil based stain on the floor boards and a solid oil based stain on the handrails.

Travertine tile in need of deep cleaning by using mild environmentally stone safe detergents and hot water extraction we gently rinsed the stone to remove all the dirt and debris. All dirty water was extracted to a waste tank inside our van outside of the customer's home. The results were amazing!
