The owner hand-picks his teams, so he can provide good service for all the repairs and renovations involved in maintaining a home. HMC has been my go-to help since its beginning: I called for a maintenance assessment; I got a thorough walk-around, a seasonal agenda, and a thoughtful plan for triage of needed repairs, long-term care of my home, and recommendations for managing some changes I wanted.
