I trusted Chris with my small deck remodel that was 6 months in making. Because of his slow pace and incompetence we hit heavy weather conditions, and I now have to replace all the wood because its too wet to stain.

Barnes called me promptly, and was very pleasant. He wasn't insured, however, and I wasn't willing and able to take the risk. More's the pity.
