  | Master Bathroom Remodel New Hope | Sep 2014 | the existing bathroom was demolished and all finishes removed. The tub and shower were relocated to allow for a large walk in shower with corner bench. The shower features shower head, hand shower on slide bar, recessed soap niche, corner bench and frameless glass shower door. A large deck mount tub with fill spout and hand shower was installed. New vanity cabinets and custom framed mirrors and recessed open shelving were installed. Granite was installed for the vanity top, half wall caps, shower thresholds, bench seat, soap dish and tub deck. All tile was set over Schluter Kerdi and Ditra to ensure a completely water proof and sound installation. New lighting, fixtures and paint finish off the new bathroom. | $34k | New Hope, PA |
  | Master Suite and Bathroom Remodel Doylestown, PA | Jun 2014 | We gutted all fixtures and finishes from the master bath, bedroom and walk in closet. The master bath was completely redesigned to include a large walk in shower with shower head, hand shower on a slide bar, body sprays, recessed soap niche and bench seat. Also installed in the master bath was a cast iron claw foot tub, large vanity cabinets with his and her sides separated by a tall linen cabinet, separate toilet room custom tile with electric in floor heat, seamless glass shower door, and much more. The wall paper was removed from the bedroom area, oversized moldings were installed. The sitting room was separated by double glass pocket doors, a gas fireplace was installed with a custom builtin surround to include book shelves, cabinetry with glass doors, mantle and flat screen TV. The oversized walk in closet was carefully designed to accommodate all wardrobe needs with a center island with drawers and granite top, double and single hanging sections, built in laundry bins, shelving for both clothing and shoes. Two smaller closets were built inside the walk-in for large storage such as suitcases and seasonable items. We upgraded electric service and added recessed lighting, under counter plug molding and low voltage under counter lighting.
