Monster Tree Service of Bucks and Montgomery Counties

Dealing with Monster has been the most frustrating and disappointing contractor experience I have ever had. It took FIVE visits (not counting the quote visit) to get the job done per the contract (one tree cut, another tree pruned), and they still left debris on my property, and damaged my landscaped slate stairs with no offer to make it right after I made numerous attempts to discuss. I asked to speak to a manager or owner multiple times and was only able to speak with the estimator/arborist Todd. They do not communicate whatsoever with their customers, they just send a crew out whenever the feel like it. They left logs from the cut tree (along with a 4 ft high stump that was promised to be “flush cut”) on my property for 2 weeks before moving them to the street, then another week until the logs were picked up. I would never recommend them to anyone.
