I went with Galli and stuck with him longer than I should because I was familiar with him in 2020. In 2021, it was frustrating to deal with him. His communication, scheduling, and customer service skills were awful. His callbacks were few and far between and he missed three appointments with no notice or immediate follow-up. I should have severed ties, especially when he didn't offer a contract, but I think I blinded myself with the urgency of some of the work, and I knew him from before. I wanted an extension to my patio and a water drain pipe installed. Communicating thoughtful and studied recommendations before and during the initial work would have avoided the service and patio problems we eventually had. Price was not an issue if more work needed to be done to avoid or fix problems. Trying to convince Galli that something was wrong with the work proved difficult, and he refused to do extra work to provide a full solution. He had a problem with me wanting better service, he felt insulted. We agree to end the relationship. I accepted a partial refund and we parted ways and considered the matter settled.

They did a solid job in the basement and their choice of sump pump was good, because you can easily test to see if its working. They did create some knicks and the strip drain is so so, but basement has stayed dry

I had Robert Galli redo my entire very-large basement in my old Victorian farmhouse (built 1875) in Lansdowne. Cleaned 60 + years of brick dust and dirt from the floor, installed French drains, two sump pumps, repaired a major leak, cleaned and finished all the walls (crumbling brick), and put in a new concrete floor for half the basement. I also had them add new stone and regrade my parking area. Price for both jobs was more than fair, and several knowledgeable people have verified such ("that was a great price"). His crew was professional, courteous, thoughtful, and very clean. There for over a week and were punctual and conscientious each day. Even really good with my dog! I can't recommend them highly enough!

The owner, refunded my father 1/2 of the money to compensate for the incorrect pitch.
