By FAR, the worst company for any type of service. They do not respond. We pay over $200 per month total for our business and home. They had us sign a 5 year contract. DON"T SIGN CONTRACTS WITH THEM. SERVICE IS AWFUL! Tonight our alarm is going off about every 3 minutes. The company that handles their after hours calls, doesn't know anything about how to stop this issue. DON"T FALL INTO THE TITANIUM TRAP. They have you sign a contract then offer nothing but horrible service. I understand that they are trying to get into the solar industry. BUYER BEWARE! DON"T BUY ANY SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY! SOLAR, SECURITY, OR ANYTHING ELSE THEY ARE PEDDELING.

FRAUD - SCAM - STAY AWAY - MONEY HUNGRY - PEASANTS!. They will never let you cancel! stay away FAR AWAY!

We used Titanium LLC to design, install, and monitor the security system on our home in Los Angeles. The process from start to finish was smooth, professional, and exceeded expectations. They are attentive to their customers, and called to follow up on our satisfaction. We've had one window sensor go bad and they were out the same week to replace and fix it!
