  | Miller screened in porch w/ cedar trim | Jun 2016 | This project needed a little TLC. A portion of the roof was rotted through to the soffit below and needed pulled and the wood and rubber roof replaced. We then removed and installed select barn wood siding on the ceiling. Finally, building the pillars and trimming the interior and exterior with rough cedar with a natural finish. The entire project was glued and nailed to prevent separation in the future. | $8k | Dublin, OH |
  | Restructure Sagging Porch | Apr 2016 | This porch was sagging almost 3 inches in the front due to inadequate framing. We cut out and restructured the framing, fixing all load bearing points to well within load tolerances. After restructure, the porch was trimmed and repainted with new gutters. It was, in the end, far more aesthetically pleasing and more importantly, safer for the customer. This job was labor cost only. We didn't purchase materials. | $1k | Dublin, OH |
