My rating is two stars not because of the quality of work but for time management or the lack thereof. K.L.B does good work when they show up. I was not pleased that he had been working on my project for a month 3 weeks more than promised. I would have been ok if he communicated with me. At times he just would not show up or sometimes he would tell me he is coming and never show up. Not professional!
