Jeffs Quality Painting

I needed the interior of my home painted. I was put into contact with Jeff via Home Depot Pro Services. He gave me a quote over the phone. I asked him several times to come out and look at the job and let me know how much paint I needed to buy. He told me that he would have one of his workers stop by the day before the job was supposed to be started. That person somehow got lost and did not contact me until after he was out of the area. He asked me to go ahead and pick up the ceiling paint and that he would let me know how much of the other paint to get in the morning when he arrived. The next morning two painters showed up but still no Jeff. When I asked if he was coming they said "no". I asked when we were going to sign a contract. The two came in, looked around and went outside to call Jeff. A few minutes later I noticed that their truck was gone. I called both them and Jeff and neither answered. Jeff finally texted me back and said the painters said the job was too much for them and that they were going to "pass". On the bright side, I was able to find a quality painter, First Choice, that was able to complete the job in 1 day instead of the three that it was going to take Jeff's painters!

Don’t try to complain if he sends a drug addict to your house because he will accuse you of being a liar. I am not happy with the painting done, and instead of reassuring me that he would figure out what’s going on: he went on to call me two faced(after he was paid 430 dollars). I can still see the paint beneath even though I was charged for an extra coat of paint (he also said primer was not needed for the job, but it was) he belittled me and attempted to make me feel silly about my concerns. I feel I was taken advantage of because he knew my mother needed the room painted soon because she was coming back from cancer surgery. I felt the painter that came to my house may have been a drug addict because he was jumpy and he was taking breaks half the time he was here. The room that is not painted to standard is 13X13X9 with 3 doors and 3 windows that have nice wood trim. I did not want the trim painted, but I will be cleaning the marks off the wood for some time, as there were many mistakes. They charged me $430 dollars for paint and work. I would not be writing this review if Jeff showed me an ounce of respect when I voiced my concerns. He started name calling and trying to make me feel silly instead. So, if you want to pay extra for a sub par painting job, and on top of that you would like to be treated like a silly child for simply expressing your concerns, JEFFS YOUR GUY! If you love narcissism, talk with Jeff, he is great at it!

Jeff did a great job painting the interior of my house. It looks so fresh and clean. He was on time, quick, and meticulous. I highly recommend him.
