Welcome to O'Hennon Builders, a leading Southern Maryland custom home builder and general contractor. Since 1973, James "JJ" Hennon has been working around Southern Maryland delivering satisfied customers their custom dream homes, renovations and various building projects (additions, decking, fencing, etc.)! Owned and managed by James Hennon and Kathleen O'Bryhim, O'Hennon Builders is a medium sized general contractor that offers custom construction services and custom-construction services to clients in the southern Maryland area. The size of our company allows us to have our owners directly involved in each and every one of the projects that we take on. We are based on the simple premise that our success leads to the continued success of our clients. They built a small deck (4x8, more of a landing with steps down) for me. It was like watching an episode of Homes on HGTV. Everything was leveled, and measured multiple times during installation. It looks great and after finding out we have a sick dog, the installer added an extra step to make it easier for the dog. Really professional work and attitude. I went through Lowes to get this done, I will hire them directly for other work.

My wife and I received nothing but quality work by O'Hennon Builders when we had our home built. His crew were very knowledgable and worked even in extrem weather conditions. Recently we have used his services to build an upper and lower deck that turned out FANTASTIC! #1 Contractor in my book!

O'Hennon builders, run by president JJ Hennon. Began building our house in 2013, the builder neither managed the job nor upheld the contract, and was unable to achieve a Use & Occupancy permit. We had to finish our own house at our expense. We are still paying to fix our home as a result of entering a contract with O'Hennon builders.
