| Dalton Ranch Water Damage Mitigation | Aug 2015 | A 2-story house flooded from the top down right before the new owners moved in. We responded within an hour and extracted the standing water, set up airmovers, dehumidifiers and wall cavity drying systems as well as specialized wood floor drying systems, saving tens of thousands of dollars in flooring replacement. Drywall and insulation was removed where necessary to dry wet ceiling structures and ensure that there was no structural damage or microbial growth. The project was completed and ready for build-back in a little over a week.
