The owner is rude and cheap he would rather bicker with you then help out. I know now why he works out of town. I am an actual tenant of his and his a nightmare in getting things fixed in his property. He said how can locks be broken? The locks were ancient and jammed and he screamed like a women on the phone telling me to get out of his house
