Repairs, framing sheathing and rotted structural members. install and restructure 60 sq.ft. frame exterior wall, install aprox 48 sq.ft. of OSB Sheathing and aprox 60 sq.ft. of siding. install 1x2 and 1x4 trim board, reinstall RB3 molding, prime and seal all surface fill cracks and gaps around trim and new siding to seal out moisture and drafts. Pimer and paint current color match . Fence Repair & Paint ·         Remove 10' section of damaged fence in rear and attempt to use ratcheting winch to pull out of plumb post upright. If returned to plumb, reinforce post with concrete at base. If unable to correct post, we will remove and set new post. Replace copper post cap. ·         Build and install new fence panel. Remove railings and corner posts on rear landing, approx. 7' total feet. Redo outside section of railing with posts properly bolted to perimeter framing, approx. 3.5'. ·         Build new front gate, approx. 4'x6.5', with no-sag metal frame and reinforce latch side post with concrete at base. Reuse current hardware. ·         Replace 10' section of 1x2 trim with PVC.
