I wish I could give zero starts. Do not do business with Andrew. Gave me a quote for $14, 700 to redo my existing sun room. The plan was to keep the two outside walls. When I came home the walls were removed and he informed me that he could not keep the walls because they were not structurally sound. He said it would cost a little bit more to rebuild the walls. He than continued to work and one week later he emails me a revised quote with the new price of $28, 800. When I questioned this his response was "I thought you knew". I should have threw him out right then. I let him complete the job. I have drywall damage, the floor is separating, siding is falling off, and the sliding doors does not shut properly because it is not square. STAY AWAY.
