Matt did an exceptional job repairing / repainting various interior rooms, communal hallway, doors of our apartment building. It was sorely needed and couldn't have envisioned a better result. He also was able to repaint the basement floor in a clean epoxy-based grey coating which came out perfectly for our laundry area. I fully intend on using Pro-Stroke services for future projects and happily endorse them for any work needed.

Pre-Sale Repairs & Paint Work | Aug 2016 | We were initially contracted by an out-of-state architect to repair a kitchen ceiling and paint a couple of rooms at property in Blasdell, NY, before it was listed for sale. The owner expanded to project to include repairs and paint throughout the home, as well as installation of new base and quarter round molding on the first and second floors, new sliding and pocket door installations, a new floor in the kitchen, and urethane application (after removing carpet) to the original wood floors. | $7k | Blasdell, NY
Interior & Exterior | Aug 2015 | We painted various interior rooms - dining room, kitchen, laundry, and hall - then moved outside to paint fresh coats of white on the exterior features - balconies, crown trim, shutters, and doors. | $4k | Clarence, NY
New Sun Room Painting | Apr 2015 | Together with the owner, we picked colors and sheen finishes that would maximize light while providing some privacy from outside viewing. A pleasure to work for. | $700 | Buffalo, NY
New Owners, New Plans | Aug 2014 | For this home owner, who built his own classically-styled wainscot and accent trim, we taped and finished drywall throughout the first floor, scraped popcorn ceilings, taped and finished new drywall joints, skim-coated several rooms, and painted new trim, wainscot, walls, and ceilings. | $6k | East Amherst, NY
The Works | Jul 2014 | This owner took the beginning of his summer break and planned an entire overhaul of his first floor interior. After removing old ceiling trim, floor boards, and various kitchen components, we began aat a steady pace, replacing drywall where needed, patching and filling holes in the interior walls, skim coating several sizable sections of the kitchen walls and ceiling, and finally applied new primer and paint to the living room, master bedroom, kitchen, and second bedroom. We also painted the ceilings, and primed and painted door and window trim throughout. | $2k | Hamburg, NY
Spring Colors | Apr 2014 | This homeowner had a fresh idea for a colorful paint scheme, which worked well as a finish. The crown molding, bookshelves, fireplace, and living room windows were painted in a light almond tone to soften the contrast between the ceiling (white) and walls, which were finished in a color called 'robin's egg'. | $1k | Buffalo, NY
Fresh Coats | Apr 2014 | On this exterior bay window, where new plywood and vinyl trim had recently been installed, we filled screw holes, primed, and painted the entire bay exterior. | $165 | East Amherst, NY
Refinishing | Mar 2014 | For this owner and his business partner, we meticulously and systematically re-finished drywall and taping work throughout the first, second, and third floors. We scraped, sanded, re-taped, and reapplied new joint compound to cracked corners, uneven surfaces, and areas where a sharp appearance was lacking. In addition, the owner expanded the project to include a new skim coated ceiling finish in the living room. | $900 | Kenmore, NY
New Finish | Feb 2014 | This apartment had been vacant for quite a while - there was plenty of work to be done. We installed new drywall in damaged areas of the ceiling, skim coated uneven walls, and repainted the walls, doors base molding, and window trim. | $1k | Batavia, NY |
