Burton simply would not return to finish the job. And would not fix, nor refund, the cash I paid to him for another job that fell apart. He would not call, nor answer messages, or WOULD and promise to come back, but then would NOT. No apologies, and full of excuses. Burton lied in conversation with BBB. For example, that an addition that was built at my home....never had a permit or was inspected. LOL. (It was). A complainer and whiner and 'it's always someone else's fault' mentality. Never met someone that claims to be a professional, but acts like a 9 year old. NEVER AGAIN. BTW, I paid cash for what he did do, thanked him, and tipped him....and NEVER got a receipt or invoice which I asked for.
