Spoke with Manual and was getting estimates. I was interested in his estimates so I asked him some questions about his company, licenses and references His company has no website, and when I asked about contractors license and some references he hung up.
These guys did some amazing work. Will highly recommend them to anyone needing work. They stripped my entire yard old sod and laid down freah dirt and smoothed everything out. Looks super good.
Talked to him on the phone, set an appointment , he never showed or called. I called him back and he gave me a dad story about his truck breaking down but he would be here the next day., Never heard from him. Very unreliable
