Horrific Experience with our full Kitchen Renovation!!! Disgusting treatment, and worse... the absolute lack of quality of work. #1 they did not obtain the proper permit resulting in us, the homeowner, getting VIOLATIONS from the city, and ALURE said THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. floor tile is lifting! backsplash tile is completely UNEVEN. Installation of the cabinets are UNEVEN so they tried to just make the doors look even and camouflage the mistakes with moldings but it's not working! Very shoddy work. and they destroyed the ceiling downstairs running electricity to our island... no one warned us in advance. the kitchen is a wreck and it was supposed to take 3 weeks... they were still coming back regularly to fix things 10 months later!!! we are so done. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. and the OWNER WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK. He sends his Trolls. and don't believe the designer... the project manager will only show up to COLLECT the checks. And just forget about a warranty. It's bad...all you have to do is look at the Yelp reviews for the truth. And that A+ rating with the BBB is only because they answer complaints to satisfy the BBB (with a response) READ the actual complaints.

Alure has worked on two projects in my home - a full bathroom remodel several years ago and a new roof this year. Exceptionally professional, they help you understand the project by communicating with you every step of the way. Their crew is professional and courteous, and they keep the worksite clean! When issues arise, which will happen with projects of this size, they are quick to respond and to resolve the issue. As future projects come up, they will be my first call.

Inconspicuous Access | Mar 2017 | This homeowner will require greater accessibility in future years due to a degenerative condition but didn't want their home to announce ability issues. A stylish approach was designed to meet their need for functionality that blends well with the facade of their home. Made from durable materials for longevity and maintenance free, it even provides guidance with accent lighting that is on a daylight control switch. | Valley Stream, NY
The Latest in Lloyd Harbor | Feb 2017 | This homeowner chose to remove a wall section making way for an open concept between the now larger kitchen, dining area and great room. Linen color painted cabinetry is offset by another darker stained wood island that compliments well the lighter stained oak floor. A butler's pantry at the end of the kitchen services the dining area as well as the great room and carries forward the dark stained cabinetry and the quartz counter tops. | Lloyd Harbor, NY
Wonderment in Woodmere | Oct 2016 | Full gut and remodel of kitchen complete with dual color painted cabinetry, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, oversize porcelain floor tile, kitchen island with sink and glass tile backsplash. | Valley Stream, NY
Decked Out in Jericho | Jun 2016 | This homeowner enclave is a backyard paradise. The renewed life this deck has been given comes from a versatile material made by Timbertech. This composite product is an alternative to wood for outdoor structures and is available in many colors. Using it to replace an old and sagging structure also came with a one of a kind bench provided by the job supervisor made from the same material. | Jericho, NY
Lively in Lindenhurst | Feb 2016 | This transitional style renovation satisfies the whimsy of the homeowner. It leans heavily on the retro mid-century style there is a great fondness for red. This homeowner expects to reside in this house for life and went bold with red quartz counter tops. The cost saving feature of this renovation was the re-use of the existing tile floor and the newly acquired appliances. in all the kitchen now has better functionality, more storage and the new look actually makes the room seem bigger. | Lindenhurst, NY
Babylon Revival | Feb 2016 | This kitchen makeover accomplished several goals allowing the kitchen to give a much more connected feel to the first floor. The now larger design overflows into an existing addition and provides a more appropriate "great room" experience. Improved functionality and a cohesive look throughout, the end result is a true revival. | Babylon, NY
Very Special in Seaford | Nov 2015 | This Kitchen remodel was largely a removal and replacement of an older dated style. Relocating the refrigerator and adding some larger appliances combined with an enlarged island for work space makes this a very special environment for the homeowner chef who has become serious about home cooking. | Seaford, NY
Curb Appeal in Locust Valley | Sep 2015 | The new curb appeal at this residence comes from an attractive wide dutch lap siding with new replacement windows. The casement style windows allow ample light and were selected due to its southern exposure. The window treatment, a crisp white trim, includes lentils with keystones and is complimented by traditional Victorian oval attic vents on the gables. The Victorian theme is continued with new faux carriage style garage doors that feature eyebrow windows with grids. | Locust Valley, NY
OMG in Oakdale | Aug 2015 | This homeowner chose to upgrade in a big way instead of moving his family to another residence. They desired an open concept in their high ranch enabling them a better traffic flow and the amenities of today's technology. Removing two walls and having to use steel to span the distance of the load bearing section that was removed helped make this a project one that met their every expectation. The house is now open and filled with light making for, albeit a high ranch, a very nice unexpected interior that is well suited to their family and entertainment needs. | Oakdale, NY |
