My elderly Godfather hires him to do plumbing work. He had to pay nearly $300 in advance. Once he paid, Neels Plumbing made excuses why he didn’t show, then stopped answering phone, txts, or return phone calls. DON’T EVER hire this guy. I would rate a negative if I could.
