Tim-A-Tree

I called and spoke to Tim about a small job trimming some branches that are too close to my chimney. He said he would come within the next two days to give me a quote. No show, no call. I called him on the third day and he didn't answer, but he texted me saying he was delayed due to weather and he would come within the next two days. Again, no show, no call. This time I waited three more days before I tried contacting him back, in case he was delayed again. This time, he didn't reply or call back at all. I tried texting him several more times over the next couple of weeks but he never replied to me after that. I would understand if the job was too small and he didn't want to take it, but then he should have told me that so I could hire someone else to do the job. Instead, I waited around for him to show while he completely ghosted me. Meanwhile the tree branches had damaged my chimney and knocked down my chimney cover twice due to some very windy days. The next guy I ended up hiring from A Plus Tree Care Corp. ended up convincing me to cut down six trees on my property because they were dying and leaning towards my house. They did a great job and it was done in less than a week. Tim-A-Tree missed out on a big job here.
