Arsenault Heating LLC & Air Conditioning

I called for an emergency call with no heat at 8 PM yesterday. The person who answered the phone. It took her 3 mins to find a pen whole TV was blasting in background. When she finally found a pen she wrote down my name and phone number and said he was sleeping , but when he wakes in the morning. He will get my message and hopefully he will call me back. Which he never did. I needed someone asap and never got a call back. He have may been busy. But good customer service and a call back, to let me know he cannot take the job would of been better Than a girl saying he is sleeping and he hopefully calls you back. I do not recommend just because of service o recieved on phone and no call.
