Swartsell Construction was started in 1987 by Joe Swartsell which mostly consisted of masonry work at that time. Over the years it has grown into a multi-faceted construction company that is experienced in all aspects of small commercial and residential construction. Today the company in still Family Owned & Operated with Andy Moore managing the day to day operations, he has been in the construction business for almost 20 years building residential homes in Ohio and Arizona.
