Elite Home Inspections

We had a very good experience with Elite Home Inspections. This is our first time buying a home and we are nervous about this big purchase. We loved the house but needed assurance that we were buying smartly not only based on the aesthetics. Our first experience with Elite was with Michelle, via text and email (which is the best way to get ahold of me). She made sure that we felt comfortable and even added notes for the inspector to go over during the inspection. These requests were pretty much what were already on the inspector’s checklist but I asked for them anyways since I’m a nervous new homebuyer. Michelle helped to ease my nerves. Our inspector, Logan, was very thorough and also made sure that our questions and concerns were addressed as well as pointing out things we did not think to ask about. Overall, our experience with this company has been excellent! I highly recommend!
