Robert responded to my request promptly. He quoted me 150.00 to 200.00 to replace an existing kitchen faucet. Throughout the job he complained about the poor job done installing the current faucet, and what a "horrible" faucet I had purchased( (insinuating I wasn't very smart for choosing it). Not once did he comment the price might be more than he had originally quoted, but that didn't stop him from charging me 345.00 ( before tax), with no apparent sense of shame or any degree of fairness. Not someone to do business with.......unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.
