I had to have a re-service for an ant problem on my front porch. Though I didn't get the date I wanted (with regard to the re-service), I was so impressed with my exterminator (Austin A) that I believe a 5 star rating is appropriate. This young man called to ask if he could come early and let me know he was on his way (LOVE THAT). Once here, he listened to my problem and walked the area in question with me. He listened attentively, made eye contact, and offered appropriate feedback (I could tell he was really listening to me). Once he completed the re-service, he talked me through all the steps he took to ensure my ant problem goes away. I believe Austin A did more than was necessary to ensure I was happy with his service. I appreciate his service and hope he comes back on my next scheduled visit. Very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and quick but thorough! GREAT YOUNG MAN!
