We had a rodent chew a hole in our dishwasher drainline, and didn't know it for over a month. By then it had damaged the floor and parts of the subfloor. John came over within an hour of being called ( he was fairly close by ), went under the house and diagnosed the problem. He worked for an hour and a half figuring it all out. It was determined the cabinets and flooring would all have to come out. Serve Pro came in and dried everything out. John and his crew put it all back together, plus laid a new floor. We couldn't be more pleased. John and his crew are great people to work with. My wife is anxious about workmen coming to the house when I'm not there, but felt very comfortable with John and his crew. I've already recommended John to my neighbor!!!
