Johnson and Sons Construction

We needed an emergency bathroom renovation, and as soon as Vic came in to give us an estimate, I knew Johnson and Sons was going to be the right fit for me. Vic was friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to be thorough in his inspection. He answered all my questions, and within 24 hours he had an estimate that fit my budget. Throughout the project, Vic called every day to give me updates, and he was happy to answer any questions I had. This was my first time ever needing a contractor, so I probably asked some ignorant questions, but Vic answered every question with as much detail as I needed. And he made sure to available for me if I had other questions or concerns, always emphasizing that he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with what was going on. Vic’s crew is incredible, too. Everyone who came into the house was friendly and tried his best to keep the place as clean as possible. They were all willing to answer my questions, too. Vic provided a lock box, so his crew could come in and get the job done whether I was able to work from home or not. A great example of how amazing Vic’s crew is: we had an unrelated plumbing emergency, and I called a plumber. When Vic called to give me an update on his project, I told him about the plumbing emergency. He told me to text him with the cost the plumber quoted, and he would reach out to the plumber on his crew (Steve Cook from UGS LLC: my plumber for life now!) to make sure I was getting a good price. When the plumber backed out, Vic called Steve to let him know. 10 minutes later I was on the phone with Steve, and he was committing to coming to my house the next morning. 2 hours and a $12 part later, Steve had fixed my emergency plumbing repair AND checked out his handy work in our bathroom (which was flawless). I want to renovate more rooms in my house just so I can work with Vic and his crew at Johnson and Sons again. Truly a great experience.
