If you want things to be done twice, forfeit the warranty and get charge 200% the normal rate, then that is the outfit for you. I contracted them to install a dual stage variable speed force air heater in my home. • When they were half way through the installation process of the first heater, I found out that it was a single stage. They removed the wrong heater and install a dual stage; however when the dual stage got installed it was never installed square, it is tilled. • The same story for the thermostat that was first installed was the wrong one it did not handle variable speed. So they replace it with a thermostat that can handle the variable speed. • The ducted work for the exhaust was installed incorrectly and had to be replaced on the follow up visit after installation When I requested a diagnostic check for an issue two weeks after the one year installation, they came out and their charge was 200% above the normal rate. Also I found out that if you do not sign up for their annual plan they consider you that you forfeit the 10 year parts & labor warranty of all furnace parts!

Please stay away! They are always available and come quickly, and are the cheapest service available. But you get what you pay for! We had them help us for 2 things: Run a gas pipe to the stove, and fix leaks to our fireplace 1) Run a gas pipe to the stove: They did not run the gas pipe flush with the wall (but one foot away from the wall). This is pretty basic knowledge for an HVAC person (not so basic for a first time home owner). The thing is, all stoves expect the pipe to come flush with the wall, with a valve to turn the gas on and off. When we called them about their incorrect gas line which was about one foot away from the wall, they came back again and then said that they can not do anything about it now. so they ran flex tubing through the hole in the flooring. So now our gas shutoff valve is inside the crawl space, instead of right behind the stove. This is totally not up to code, and very dangerous for a household with little children. 2) Fix leaks in the pipe to the fireplace: They added new tubing in a very messy way (which is ok), but they also created a new gas leak at the key valve, which they refused to fix! The leak was caused when they were hammering onto the valve to fix the new tubing. So even though the fixed the leak in the tubing, they have created a new gas leak at the key valve which they cannot fix. Bottom line, our fireplace still does not work, our leak has just changed location, and we have spent a whole lot of money and time on this. Based on our experience, we feel like they are amateurs in this field, and they don't know what they are doing. Please stay away from them, as we now have to fix all the mistakes they made, and doing it correctly. It is a waste of time, money and a lot of heartache.
