Just had a new hot water heater installed. William Reaves Jr. was more than professional. They laid out floor tarps to prevent any staining from the old dripping water heater during removal. Went over minor up keep I can do to keep the new tank in good condition. In short all the old stuff was removed, including fittings, and new installed. Right on time and we now have no worries of a water heater failure. Oh and we even talked about our kitchen sink (literally). Would use them for any future plumbing needs. Thanks again Alex S.
