Very capable, highly experienced, very efficient. they can find solutions to achieve the best design and most cost efficient to build for me. plus THE BEST SERVICE! always complete my plans on time, always answer my questions or promptly reply me. before i found KLC Consulting, i used Cibotti Engineering for my first project design in May 2016, but those rotten apples Scott and Echo delayed my project for 6 months. And they never answer my calls and hardly reply me emails and messages. even in my construction stage, they didn't reply and didn't give revision design for 3 weeks while my contractor Arnold's 10 workers didn't have plan to follow, my highly experienced contractor Arnold at ASA Driling and Foundation has to build my basement floor without a plan... with all this frustration I ended my night-mail with Cibotti Engineering and move to KLC Engineering. KLS's owner and Structure engineer Ron immediately spent nearly 4 hours on my construction site examining my foundation and structure of the house, explaining his ideas to achieve my goals.... promptly provided the designs for me to submit to the city. My contractor Arnold who is also a licensed soil engineer said "it is such a great relieve that you finally find a good designer to design your house structurally sound that makes me bear less liability. This new designer makes my job much easier and save me a lot of time and frustration. If you continue use those guys, I have to halt your construction and take my workers to another job site. Now we can continuously work on your job and build a strong house. It is a good move, good for you and good for me". This is the comment from the 3rd party who has experienced both Cibottie Engineer's and KLC Consulting's service. Only when you have a comparison you know who is good and who is rotten. KLC Consulting have designed 3 projects for me and 2 are big ones. i am totally satisfied with their service and feel so lucky that i found them. If you use them you would find that you are a luck person.
