Diamond G Landscaping

Sorry for the long read here - long story - short, John and his crew at Diamond G Landscaping are honest, hardworking professionals that do what they say they're going to do, when they say they're going to do it. They demonstrate outstanding communication and excellent work, followed by honest and respectable prices. For sure a company that my family and friends will use and recommend for years to come. It's been my experience over the past several years that finding a decent company to service anything around our house - be it landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, etc. is rather difficult to find. Sure, there are plenty of companies out there that want your business, but whether they deserve your business is the question we all need to be asking ourselves. Like many other homeowners out there - I feel like I just keep receiving quotes from other companies that - quite frankly - seem to be more based on the neighborhood I live in versus the actual work and material involved. It's either that, or there is next to zero communication - commitments are made, but never honored, appointments are missed with no notice, jobs are "guesstimated" based on just looking around the yard but not performing any real measurements. It gets old. I found Diamond G Landscaping by just searching for a local company with great reviews, so I figured we'd give it a shot - mainly since the previous company we were dealing with completely dropped the ball. The first thing I noticed that was different with John and Diamond G was that they called me back within minutes of me leaving a message. I explained what we were wanting to do and the next day, John was at my house taking full measurements and listening to everything we were wanting. He communicated to us exactly how he planned on taking care of the job, what time the crew and deliveries would be made, etc. Everything went perfectly - and then some. John was even out here with his guys doing some of the work with them, shoulder-to-shoulder - which I felt said a lot about his character as a person, a leader - being willing to get into the trenches with his crew - make sure they have what they need, direction they needed, and making sure my wife and I were happy throughout the entire process. Everyone at the job was very respectful, friendly, and even helped with some advice on how to take care of our yard, the trees/bushes, etc. They went above and beyond anything we've ever experienced before with other companies - which again, I feel is just not something you really get these days. Companies tend to want your business, but you're just a number to them - not a priority. There's no real personal feeling you get with them - but after the day was over with Diamond G - I felt like these guys had my back - they were there to make us happy - and if anything went wrong, I know they'd be there ready to make it right. That's the impression I'm certain you will get if you give these guys a chance to prove it to you.
