  | Contemporary Xeriscape | Jun 2015 | A landscaper's playground, this property required a complete renovation. Dead trees and vegetation were removed, new drainage and irrigation were installed after extensive land work, and finally an updated vegetation design. This was an extensive project that ranged from design and installation to management. Acting as Grounds Manager for three years, we implemented Better Management Practices with horticultural principals into the maintenance schedule to ensure the property thrived. We included with our services irrigation scheduling, vegetation requirements and care guides, and monthly service schedules for grounds-keeping. In the end, we achieved a low-maintenance, naturally sustainable ecosystem without the use of pesticides or herbicides. | $50k | El Paso, TX |
