TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NIGHTMARE OF AN EXPERIENCE! Hiring this contractor was the biggest mistake. Very irresponsible. Unprofessional., and very very Poor customer service. Hired to repair and retile an upstairs shower. What was scheduled to take weeks took months. Projects were scheduled at the same time, keeping contractor from dedicating himself to one. When we would call and make appointments to meet, Jorge would fail to show and eventually stopped answering our calls. We had to call from different numbers in order to get in contact with him. Four months after his completion our shower leaked again this time flooding our bedroom. When we contacted him, his response was that his warranty did not offer " a lack of customer maintenance" in other words it was our fault. Till this day he has flat out refused honor his warranty. Steer from this lack of professionalism and poor customer care. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.
