Bay Arborist is a West Contra Costa County based business located in El Sobrante. Owner Tom Arrington has been working with trees for over 20 years and has been a ISA Certified Arborist since 1996. Competent as a climber and as an arborist report writer, Tom’s main focus is to preserve the natural beauty of trees in the Bay Area’s urban landscape.
