MIDWEST WINDOW & SUPPLY

Midwest Window & Supply is a compilation of three generations of the Gilkey family, starting with Harry Gilkey, who ran a family farm and a general contracting company. Harrys son Lee began building homes in the Fox Valley area in the early 1980s. In 1985, Lee created Trim Works, Inc., specializing in custom millwork installation. Lees son Ken, who had worked in construction with his father since childhood, joined him in the family business and eventually took over day to day operations. In 1987, Lee realized the value of a company that could supply AND install millwork, and Midwest Window & Supply was born. The combination of Midwests full-service custom shop, high-quality product lines, and exceptional customer service continues to raise the bar in todays millwork industry.
