JM Bath Renovations, LLC's estimate sheet is very clear on payment expectations. We never ask for full amount of any project we do up front. In fact, we don't ask for much of a payment at all unless material costs are anticipated to be high. When a project is accepted by both parties, a time and date are immediately set. Unless there is an emergency situation, wait time on materials or dry times of certain materials, all times and dates are kept. If at any time there is an issue with work performed by any of our techs, we respond immediately. If we are not contacted via phone, email or texts about any problems that have arisen, then we go about believing that customer is happy and satisfied. We apologize that the Hong's are dissatisfied. Mrs. Hong was pleased at the end of the project, as well as Mr. Hong. Had we received any calls or texts about any issues, we would have gladly responded immediately. Since seeing this post in August, we tried to contact Mrs. Hong. She has not responded to our emails or calls.
