If you go to Lowes and allow Banks Exteriors to be your installer for your fencing, You will be dissappointed and taken advantage of . Our original order for a property was placed in October. A very simple square, level, no obstacles, 6 ft privacy fence for a small yard in a small subdivision. Another fence company that a neighbor used literally put the same fence, same size yard, in 7 hrs from start to finish. Banks Exteriors showed up here and there. Never consistent, never communicated. Dropped off supplies on side of house, left for a few days. Came back, it started sprinkling, they left again, supplies all over yard, one panel of fencing up, and returned a week later. Left the job early because they said they had another job and they were behind on it and they were short because the manager had Covid. 'Came back a week later worked for about an hour, said they had to leave because they forgot to bring some supplies. IT IS FEBRUARY AND STILL UNFINISHED. Long story short, it is mid February, the fence is Currently being held together by blue painters tape, a piece of foam, and a piece of rebar. The gate is not useable. There is about a 6 inch space where children , dogs, can get out. They have listed the job as COMPLETE according to Angelique at Lowes Corporate office in Wilkesboro ( 877-505-4923) . They did not document any of the problems or issues. According to Lowe's, they came, did the job, and left. I would attach photos but this site does not allow attachments. If you have also had this issue with fence installation through Lowes of Elizabeth City, I recommend you contact Lowes Corporate office as well. After almost 5 months, we are pursuing litigation. In my opinion, this is one of the most unreliable and unprofessional companies we have ever dealt with. I Don't say you have not been fairly warned.
