technitian came to replace dishwasher motor error code 7E and and after motor replacment was dishwasher start giving LE errror code. called them back and they said that since its a new code its not covered by them anymore and i will have to pay for service call again. Technitian came and confirmed that LE code caused by leaking connection where water supply pipe connects to dishwasher and it wont be covered as follow up call by them. when i asked dont you think you just did not connect water supply properly that its leaking? he mumbled something that water supply hose is wrong and need to be replaced. i just kicked the guy out and i will reconect the hose myself over the weekend Dishonest people

Dec. 13th... Fridge shows an error code on the LCD screen on front. So I Google it and then call Frigidaire since we have an extended warranty and give them the error code plus request service. Unique Repair Service has ONE tech that services this area and can't get to us for 5 days. Dec 18th ... he shows up... Only to diagnose the issue, No parts with him, which SURPRISE, it's the same thing I told their scheduler on the phone. The part will take at least 2 days to get here. Dec 21st ... He brings a new condenser fan and circuit board, but only installs the fan. 24 hours later, the same error code appears on the screen again. Call the repair man again and they cant come back till the following week cuz it a long holiday weekend. 😠 Now add 12 people as we host Christmas day, with a messed up fridge. Then we are told the circuit board part was sent back and is on back order. HAPPY NEW YEAR ..... Jan 3rd... Tech called in sick, so he was a no show. Jan. 12th ... repairman comes out and replaces circuit board, still doesn't work, then tells us he is ordering a fix for the rear panel that is rusting, Frigidaire is doing this for free. He says the part will be shipped to us, and we can't schedule that install till it's here. He leaves. My wife wakes up in the morning to find the fridge completely broken. No light, no cooling in fridge or freezer, no water.... And melted puddles on the floor from the melted freezer contents. No comment before the tech left the day before about him making it worse than it already was. 😠 Multiple calls to Frigidaire and unique repair.... Passing the buck, a supervisor who refused to call us back. And now we hear a sensor for the door was ordered, but it will be 10 days before it arrives. 😠😠😠 So now we wait till something else happens in a week or two. Meanwhile, we are using the garage as our fridge... Totally ridiculous. Horrible customer service, horrible business practice. NO communication, and all we can do is sit and wait for them to try part after part after part in hopes that it will one day work again. And rearrange schedules each time they come out here.

well 5 visits for a frozen line and still not fixed not to mention 2 visits with no call no show and still have a ice maker not working and now have called three times today from a missed appoiment on friday and no answer and no call back there is no care factor for customer had a friday appoiment between 4 and 6 no call nothing no show and get a call at 8 from worker saying sorry had a late day horrible experience and ice maker still not working on a fridge that is under factor warrenty only 6 months old
