I installed two roofs for this man to the satisfaction of the homeowners and when he was paid refused to settle up with me eventually robbing me of $5000. And that’s before the additional labor.

Bill Brooks built a project for me without pulling any permits and it ended up costing me thousands, when I reached out for a resolution - he would not correct or assist with making the project correct. Literally, spent thousands trying to fix with county inspectors myself. Going to end up tearing down the project and he wouldn't even make that a priority to help. Bad news.
